Postoje mnoge zdravstvene prednosti povezane sa ketogenom dijetom (keto dijetom). U mnogim studijama je pokazano da ova vrsta dijete mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i da izgubite te\u017einu i pobolj\u0161ate svoje zdravlje. Dijeta tera va\u0161e telo da koristi drugu vrstu goriva. Cikli\u010dnu ili ciljanu ketogenu dijetu uglavnom koriste sportisti i bodibilderi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ketoza-sta-je-to\">Ketoza: \u0161ta je to?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U ketozi, va\u0161e telo koristi masti kao gorivo umesto ugljenih hidrata.
