Mnoge su zdravstvene prednosti povezane s ketogenom dijetom (keto dijeta). Mnoga su istra\u017eivanja pokazala da ovakva prehrana mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u mr\u0161avljenju i pobolj\u0161anju zdravlja. Postoje dokazi da ketogena dijeta mo\u017ee koristiti \u010dak i dijabeti\u010darima, oboljelima od raka, epilepti\u010darima i pacijentima s Alzheimerovom bole\u0161\u0107u.  <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/30289048\/\">\u2192<\/a><i class=\"icon arrow-up-right-from-square-solid\" aria-hidden=\"true\"> <\/i> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kako-funkcionira-keto-dijeta\">Kako funkcionira keto dijeta?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Keto dijeta je dijeta s vrlo niskim udjelom ugljikohidrata i visokim udjelom masti koja se pokazala vrlo u\u010dinkovitom za brzo mr\u0161avljenje. Dijeta tjera va\u0161e tijelo da koristi drugu vrstu goriva. Ketozne dijete postaju sve popularnije kao formule za brzo mr\u0161avljenje, a kao rezultat pokazalo se da djeluju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Primarni izvor energije u tjelesnim tkivima su ugljikohidrati. Cikli\u010dnu ili ciljanu ketogenu dijetu uglavnom koriste sportisti i bodibilderi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ketoza-sta-je-to\">Ketoza: \u0161ta je to?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U ketozi va\u0161e tijelo koristi mast kao gorivo umjesto ugljikohidrata. Smanjenjem ugljikohidrata va\u0161e tijelo ne mo\u017ee proizvoditi glukozu (\u0161e\u0107er), koja je glavni izvor energije za va\u0161e stanice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketogena dijeta je naju\u010dinkovitiji na\u010din za ulazak u ketozu.
