Pokazalo se ta\u010dnim da osobe sa nedostatkom biotina mogu imati mnoge pozitivne koristi od pove\u0107anja konzumiranja ovog vitamina. Osim \u0161to odr\u017eava va\u0161e <strong>folikule<\/strong> <strong>kose<\/strong> <strong>zdravim<\/strong>, poma\u017ee va\u0161em tijelu da se <strong>bori protiv svih toksina kojima ste izlo\u017eeni<\/strong> (kao \u0161to je pu\u0161enje ili zaga\u0111en zrak). Iako pacovi i mi\u0161evi sa niskim sadr\u017eajem selena u organizmu o\u0107elave, to kod ljudi nije eksperimentalno dokazano. Postoje mnogi antioksidansi u ovoj grupi, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i vitamin C. Antioksidansi \u0161tite folikule kose od \u0161tetnog djelovanja slobodnih radikala.
