Dijeta tra\u017ei od va\u0161eg tijela da koristi drugu vrstu \u201egoriva\u201c. Cikli\u010dnu ili ciljanu ketogenu dijetu uglavnom koriste sportisti i bodibilderi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ketoza-sta-je-to\">Ketoza: \u0161ta je to?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U ketozi, va\u0161e tijelo koristi masti kao gorivo umjesto ugljiko hidrata.
